What is your return policy?

Innosight X offers returns on the Basic, Ignite and Pro plan once purchased. Please continue reading below for specifics terms around eligibility for refund requests.

For the Basic plan, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be made by email using our Contact Us form within 14 days of receiving paid access to the platform. We respond to emails within 24-48 hours.
  • The invoice or receipt number must be provided in the message.
  • If your request is eligible for refund, check your original method of payment. The process may take up to 30 business days to complete.

For the Ignite and Pro plan, the following conditions must be met:

  • After you have made a payment for the plan and before scheduling a meeting with the expert, send us a request within 14 days of purchase using our Contact Us form. We respond to emails within 24-48 hours.
  • The invoice or receipt number must be provided in the message.
  • If your request is eligible for refund, check your original method of payment. The process may take up to 30 business days to complete.

Refunds are not provided after a meeting is scheduled for either the Ignite or Pro plan as time is committed by our team to pair you up with an expert, and set up the session.
